Tao Zhang

Mr. Tao ZHANG focuses his practice primarily on the area of shipping, insurance, corporate, construction and real estate. Mr. Zhang has participated and handled numerous admiralty disputes, which involves marine collision, marine pollution, casualties at sea, marine salvage and marine insurance. He has rich experience in dealing with admiralty cases and comprehensive capacity for serving shipping companies, P&I clubs and insurance companies. Mr. Zhang has also advised clients on transaction and regulatory matters across a wide range of industries, including advising financial institutions on loan arrangements, construction / purchase and financing of vessels, Venture capital and private equity, among others. Mr. Wang also serves as outside general counsel for numerous public and private companies, assisting them with their day-to-day business transactions and other legal matters.
