Mr. Jianbin Shen focuses his practice primarily on the area of Maritime And Shipping Disputes,Ship Collision,Charterparties,Contract Of Carriage Of Goods By Sea,Shipbuilding, Ship Sale And Purchase，Finance, and Corporate. Mr. Shen started his career with Shanghai MSA after he graduated from Jimei Navigation Institute majored in navigation. He was engaged in maritime accident investigation and dispute mediation for 17 years in Shanghai MSA. After he joined Kairong, he hashandleda number of complicated maritime and shipping disputes, including ship collision disputes, oil pollution disputes,charterparties disputes, as well as disputes over shipbuilding contract and contract of carriage of goods by sea, etc. for and on behalf of shipowners and insurance companies as well as seafarers.Mr. Shen also serves as outside general counsel for numerous public and private companies, assisting them with their day-to-day business transactions and other legal matters. He always exercises due diligence to handle disputes for clients，aiming at minimizing the losses and safeguarding the interest of the clients.
