Charles Jin

Mr. Charles Jin graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2016, with BA degrees in International Relations and Sociology. He was selected as an honorary student and invited into the National Political Science Honor Society (Pi Sigma Alpha). After graduating, he studied at Queen Mary University of London, where he received his LLB (Hons) degree in 2018. Since then, he received internship opportunities at a number of leading domestic and international law firms, assisting with various foreign-related civil and commercial cases. In 2019, he moved to the United States to pursue his studies, and he received his LLM degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2020. His fields of expertise include commercial law, corporate law, trust law, employment law, intellectual property law, EU law and international arbitration. Mr. Jin joined KaiRong in 2020, mainly assisting partners in dealing with legal issues related to admiralty, maritime, aviation, insurance and foreign-related contract disputes.
