Shangran Peng

Mr. Shang-ran Peng graduated from Northwest A&F University with a Bachelor’s degree in 2021. He started legal practice since 2024. Mr. Peng joined KaiRong in 2025, and now he mainly focuses on conducting legal research, translating legal documents and assisting partners in areas of Shipping, Aviation, and Corporate Law.
