Feng Ye

Mr. Feng Ye focuses his practice primarily on the area of inter-logistics, transportation, property insurance and business consulting affairs. Mr. Ye has a broad trial experience in complex and general commercial litigation matters, and handled high-stakes matters for clients. He has represented logistics companies and shippers in cargo claims and other incidents, represented insurers in defending and subrogation. Mr. Ye represents clients before trial courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. Mr. Ye has also advised clients on business planning, transaction and regulatory matters across a wide range of industries, including project negotiation, drafting documents and issue legal opinions, provide various constructive suggestions for project investment and transfer. Mr. Ye also serves as outside general counsel for numerous public and private companies, assisting them with their day-to-day business transactions and other legal matters.
