Yongzhou Ren

Mr. Yongzhou (Sam) Ren , partner, with the degrees of Bachelor of Navigational Engineering and LLM., majored in his engineering and law courses respectively in Dalian Maritime University, Shanghai University and Fudan University and had extensive overseas training experiences. Mr. Ren passed the National Bar Exam in 1998. Mr. Ren, with many years experience working with world famous companies and working as a lawyer, has successfully handled many matters, especially litigation/arbitration cases, and provided legal consultancy services for different types of enterprises all over the world. In addition to the general civil and commercial law and practice, Mr. Ren is especially familiar with and has a good command of the theory and practice in the fields of maritime，insurance, international trading，corporation and labor laws.
