Bill Zhou

Mr. Bill Zhou graduated from East China University of Politics and Law on July 2005 with LLB Degree. He was awarded LLM in International Trade Law at University of Essex on December 2006. He passed Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at London, College of Law of England and Wales on July 2007 and be awarded LLB in Law there. Mr. Zhou has lots of internship experiences in Courts, Law Firm and Companies in London during his study. Mr. Zhou focuses his practice primarily in the areas of maritime law, international trade, insurance subrogation, aviation and company law. Mr. Zhou has a thorough understanding and knowledge of these sophisticated areas. He has assisted and acted for clients in lots of litigation and arbitration proceedings connected with international trading companies, insurance companies and logistic companies. Mr. Zhou has also actively assisted lots of international and domestic companies in structuring, negotiation, documents preparation and rendering of legal opinions in many business projects. Mr. Zhou has represented many airlines and manufacturer in personal claims, cargo claims, claims from air crash accident and other incidents, represented insurers in defending and subrogation, and represented in claims relating to real estate sale and purchase. Mr. Zhou represents clients before trial courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. Mr. Zhou joins and advises state-owned enterprises, domestic companies and international companies on their daily business. He also provides structure solutions to business operations for the companies.
