Songping Wang

Mr. Songping Wang focuses his practice primarily on the area oftransportation, finance, corporate, construction and real estate. Mr. Wang has a broad trial experience in complex and general commercial litigation matters, and handled high-stakes matters for clients. He has represented airlines and manufacturer in personal claims, cargo claims, claims from air crash accident and other incidents, represented insurers in defending and subrogation, and represented in claims relating to trust, commodity financing, construction and real estate sale and purchase. Mr. Wang represents clients before trial courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. Mr. Wang has also advised clients on transaction and regulatory matters across a wide range of industries, including advising financial institutions on loan arrangements, construction / purchase and financing of vessels and aircrafts, Venture capital and private equity, among others. Mr. Wang also serves as outside general counsel for numerous public and private companies, assisting them with their day-to-day business transactions and other legal matters.
