Yuanyi Zhu

Ms. Yuan-Yi Zhu studied law in China and America. She graduated from Shanghai JiaoTong University with a Bachelor’s degree in law in 2018. Later, she studied at Vanderbilt Law School with a scholarship provided by China Scholarship Council (CSC) and a LL.M. Merit Scholarship provided by Vanderbilt Law School, and then graduated from Vanderbilt with a Master’s degree in law in 2019. During her pursuit of a Master’s degree, she registered for courses including Mergers and Acquisitions, Antitrust, Securities, Intro to Corp Finance, etc. During that period, she was placed on LL.M. Dean’s List - 2019 Spring. In addition, she passed China Securities Practitioner Qualification Examination in 2018, which required a basic knowledge of finance and Chinese securities regulations. Ms. Zhu joined KaiRong in 2019, and now she mainly focuses on collecting and translating legal information, assisting partners in areas of aviation, shipping, international trade and corporate daily operation.
