Shaopeng Huang

Mr. Shaopeng Huang focuses his practice primarily on the law areas of admiralty &maritime, aviation, insurance, international trade, corporate and other civil and commercial matters. Mr. Huang has a broad and excellent experience in complex and general commercial litigation and arbitration matters, and has handled a lot of cases on behalf of insurance company, international logistics company, shipping company, airlines, international trading company and freight forwarding company etc. Mr. Huang also has rich professional knowledge in the fields of real estate, labor, traffic accident, loan and marriage & inheritance disputes, and has properly handled relevant cases for many clients. Mr. Huang represents clients before trial courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. Mr. Huang also serves as outside general counsel for numerous public and private companies, assisting them with their day-to-day business transactions and other legal matters, including but not limited to issuing legal comment, collection of accounts, business negotiation, disposal of employees, establishment of company, shareholding transfer and other matters.
