Yun Bai

Ms. Yun Bai focuses her practice mainly on the area of aviation, insurance, cooperate，marriage and family , labor disputes and other relevant legal matters. Ms. Bai is experienced in complex and general commercial litigation matters. She has represented airlines and airports in air crash dispute, passenger claim, cargo claim and disputes from the damaged aircraft, represented insurers in defending and subrogation, and providing legal opinions to the foreign insurers based on the PRC insurance law. Apart from the commercial matters, Ms. Bai is also engaged in the legal matters arising from marriage and family disputes. While properly handling the personal relationship, she always protected the interests of the client to the greatest extent and also helped them to return to their normal life. Ms. Bai also serves as outside general counsel for some public and private companies, assisting them with their daily business transactions and other legal matters.
